✏️Тыкву нарезаем крупным кубиком. Обжариваем на оливковом масле до золотистой корочки минут 5-7.
✏️Добавляем соль, перец, ароматные травы и зубчик чеснока. Полную чайную ложку томатной пасты. Перемешиваем.
✏️Перекладываем в форму, накрываем фольгой и запекаем около 30 мин. при 180°.
Подаем с зеленью в качестве гарнира или закуски.
