у железнодорожного переезда проезжающий поезд отсек ногу 19-летней девушке.

Прибывшая бригада скорой помощи совместно со спасателями ПСО Великих Лук перенесла девушку в карету скорой помощи, где ей оказывают помощь. Вопрос о госпитализации решается.

На месте работают спасатели ПСО Великих Лук, бригада скорой помощи и сотрудники ГАИ.

Обстоятельства произошедшего выясняются.
