3 января утром глава города Евгений Григорьев провел рабочий объезд по городским территориям.
В том числе мэр заехал на место проведения работ по отогреву сетей холодного водоснабжения многоквартирного дома по ул. Курнатовского, 37. Работы здесь ведутся с прошлого вечера, всю ночь, утром приступила новая смена. Привлечена техника и работники МУП «Жилкомсервис», АО «Водоканал», УК «Перспектива» и АО «Якутдорстрой».
В ходе выездного совещания оперативную ситуацию доложил руководитель департамента ЖКХ и энергетики Иван Негнюров.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
