Программа "Женщина-лидер" впервые стартовала для новых регионов России

К большой семье, в которой уже порядка 1 500 участниц и выпускниц присоединились 120 женщин-управленцев из новых регионов России. От Херсонской области было 19 представительниц.

Данная программа обучает всем инструментам, которые помогают воплощать в жизнь социально значимые проекты. Теперь такие проекты можно будет создавать и продвигать в нашем регионе.

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
