Согласно постановлению, с 1 января граждане Российской Федерации и лица без гражданства, постоянно проживающие в РФ, прибывающие в Азербайджанскую Республику в безвизовом порядке, не могут находиться в стране более 90 дней в течение одного календарного года.
Это решение стало ответом на введение Россией аналогичных правил для граждан всех стран, откуда можно приезжать в РФ без визы.

"This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
