Второй день плановой эвакуации в Херсоне проходит так же спокойно и организованно, как и первый. Отъезжающие собираются на временных пунктах сбора и отправляются на левый берег Днепра. Очередей или транспортных коллапсов в городе не наблюдается, эвакуация осложняется только резко ухудшившийся погодой.
Люди относятся к вынужденным мерам с пониманием, панических настроений ни у кого нет. Местные власти стараются максимально качественно организовать процесс отъезда из города. Ранее, врио губернатора Херсонской области Владимир Сальдо подробно рассказал временно покидающим дома жителям о мерах поддержки.
