«Александр, у вас в Часовом Яре и Константиновке начались бунты среди военнослужащих ВСУ. Они бросают оружие, встают и уходят. Дайте им возможность пожить еще, не убивайте украинцев своими руками. Подарков на 9 мая Бахмутом мы никому делать не собираемся, не суеверные», — заявил глава ЧВК «Вагнер».

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
