Здесь на участке площадью 0,9 гектара построят 111 тыс. кв. м недвижимости, включая 63,7 тыс. «квадратов» жилья. Это пять секций высотой от 5 до 59 этажей и стилобат.

Концепция разработана бюро Kleinewelt Architekten.

Комплекс сдадут в эксплуатацию в третьем квартале 2028 года.
