Банкам заморачиыаться с обязательным личным присутствием, конечно, не хочется: надои упадут.

Он, в числе других законодателей, предложил уменьшить штраф для таксистов за отсутствие полиса гражданской ответственности перевозчика. Пусть себе без полиса катаются, а пострадавшие в ДТП пусть как-то сами проблемы решают.
