Мы тут Главу не поняли, "Предками данная мудрость народная", может нам, то есть ему и им, "бюджетопредпринимателям" поможет Гуриевым(Янышевским) достроить стадион? А недостройки все республиканские только из-за того, что Гуриевы гимна слова до сих пор наизусть не выучили? И кстати, если что, вдруг глава не в курсе, мы субъект всё-таки России, не область а Республика! И у нас свой гимн и даже своя Конституция есть.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
