Церемония открытия памятника на территории штаб-квартиры СВР в Ясенево состоялась в понедельник, в день рождения "чекиста номер один".
Памятник представляет собой немного уменьшенную копию монумента, в 1958-1991 годах располагавшегося в центре Москвы напротив комплекса зданий КГБ СССР.
