Обвиняемый руководил одной из фирм-подрядчиков, с которой были заключены госконтракты по экспертизе объектов в Соловецком монастыре и на архипелаге. По версии следствия, с 2011 по 2016 год злоумышленник с сообщниками похитили бюджетные деньги, ущерб составил более 19 млн рублей.
