На мать несовершеннолетнего сочувствующего был составлен протокол о неисполнении родительских обязанностей.
Совершеннолетний Артём Буянов всё ещё не выходит на связь. Предположительно, ему вменяют ч.2 ст. 20.2 КоАП РФ (организация публичного мероприятия без согласования).
