📜 «РусГидро» учредила ООО «РусГидро Охрана». Согласно ЕГРЮЛ, новая компания зарегистрирована 16 октября 2024 г. в рабочем поселке Богородское городского образования Сергиево-Посадский. Уставной капитал составляет 50 млн руб.
К такому решению «РусГидро» мог подтолкнуть рост стоимости услуг Росгвардии: в 2024 г. расходы на их оплату выросли на 4%, до 594 млн руб., а в 2025 г. должны были превысить 650 млн руб. Создание собственной компании позволит «РусГидро» заместить Росгвардию на части объектов.
