Оно относится к 1970-м и существует в единственном экземпляре. "Достижения СССР" - народное название панно, где изображены разные отрасли промышленности.
Команда, которая занималась реновацией Рябовских мануфактур - впоследствии Керамико-плиточного завода близ нынешней станции метро "Тульская" - решила вернуть городу это панно и разместило у себя.
