• «Купим цех, завод и будем производить», - сообщил президент ПК ТС Феликс Винокур. Площадка необходима ПК ТС для участия в тендерах, так как наличие производства в регионе обязательно в ряде конкурсов для выполнения требований о европейском происхождении поставщика. Наладить выпуск планируется в ближайшие пару лет.
• Производитель прорабатывает экспорт последние несколько лет: в частности, поставки в Румынию и Сербию. На данный момент ПК ТС реализовала только один экспортный контракт: 8 трамваев 71-911E «City Star» были поставлены в 2019 году в Латвию, в город Даугавпилс.
• По мнению Винокура, модели российского производителя будут конкурентоспособны по эксплуатационным характеристикам и потребительским свойствам, а по цене они «на десятки процентов» дешевле аналогов европейских производителей.
