Тверской вагоностроительный завод отправил на Сахалин очередную партию вагонов. 8 августа в их приемке приняли участие региональный министр транспорта и дорожного хозяйства Максим Жоголев и генеральный директор АО «ПКС» Дмитрий Костыренко.
В адрес АО «Пассажирская компания «Сахалин» ТВЗ (входит в состав 😊ТМХ) передал восемь единиц техники, в их числе – пять купейных пассажирских вагонов мод. 61-4517.10 и три пассажирских вагона с местами для сидения мод. 61-4458.00.
💭По словам генерального директора ТВЗ Артема Овеляна, предприятию важны подобные заказы. И хотя они небольшие в общих объемах предприятия, но АО «ПКС» – давний надежный партнер завода, что очень ценно. Всего, начиная с 2020 года, ТВЗ изготовил для Сахалина 30 пассажирских вагонов.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
