Задержанный всю дорогу смотрел на школьницу, а в самом конце поездки, когда была машина практически подъехала к дому девочки, напал на неё. Водитель находился на территории РФ законно и имеет вид на жительство. В отношении таджика было возбуждено уголовное дело по п. «а» ч. 3 ст. 131 УК РФ («Изнасилование несовершеннолетней»).
