"Российский контингент миротворцев не справился с задачей в Нагорном Карабахе. Поскольку эти вопросы относительно закрытия Лачинского коридора существуют, российские миротворцы провалили свою миссию. Если бы российского контингента не было в Нагорном Карабахе, ситуация сейчас была бы лучше".
