🇦🇲 Смешно: армянский парламент выделил 8,45 млн драмов(около 21 тысячи долларов) на обеспечение текущей деятельности службы внешней разведки Армении.
Конечно, речь идёт о затратах на первоочередные расходы в 2023 финансовом году, который подходит к концу. Однако такая сумма на орган, по сути обеспечивающий внешние интересы Армении, смехотворна.
Хотя сама по себе ситуация с армянской СВР любопытна: структура была сформирована 31 декабря 2022 года, но её начальника Кристину Григорян назначили лишь 4 октября 2023 года.
То есть только созданный орган в течение этого времени занимался какими-то другими задачами, которым нужно было официальное прикрытие. Зато теперь глава СВР Армении сможет купить какую-нибудь безделушку на Новый год. #Армения @rybar

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
