ООО ГК «Альянс» направило в Верховный Суд РФ кассационную жалобу на решение Арбитражного суда Центрального округа, согласно которому оставлено в силе решение Арбитражного суда Рязанской области о взыскании с компании ₽163,5 млн по иску Дирекции дорог Рязанской области за некачественный ремонт Солотчинского моста. Также организация подала в Верховный Суд РФ ходатайство о приостановлении исполнения судебного акта.
