Госавтоинспекция рассказала о ДТП, случившемся 19 июля примерно в 22.10 на 10-м километре автодороги Раменки–Новосёлки в Рыбновском районе. Внедорожник Toyota под управлением 22-летнего жителя Рязани совершил наезд на 19-летнего велосипедиста, который от полученных травм скончался на месте происшествия. Накануне в соцсетях появилась информация о трагической гибели в Рыбновском районе добровольца медицинского спасательного отряда РязГМУ «Salus» Валентина Дмитриева. По информации рязанской «Новой газеты», за рулём иномарки был сын рязанского бизнесмена Игоря Коськина.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
