Пока @ysakhalinsk выясняет, чьё это хозяйство на территории ГО и кто должен его убирать, мы вот о чем подумали. А вот у нас такая передовая в экологии область, что даже свалки ищут беспилотниками. И вроде даже их убирают. Интересно, какие высокие технологии нужно завести на Сахалин, чтобы эти свалки просто не появлялись? Хватит ли у региона денег, или это непосильно?

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
