В прошлом году, если память не изменяет, мы задекорировали клубникой около полутора тысяч таких тортов как на картинке. Начали в полночь, чтобы к пяти утра торты были готовы к отправке в кондитерские. Немного скучаю по этой медитативной работе)
Забавный факт – по-датски «moderkage» буквально означает «мамин торт», но с датского переводится как «плацента».
