Сегодня на заседании Саратовской областной думы депутаты большинством голосов ( 31), лишили депутатских полномочий члена фракции КПРФ Николая Бондаренко.
Естественно, много вопросов задавали коммунисты, которые, в первую очередь интересовались суммой полученных Бондаренко донатов. Депутат Алексей Антонов, который докладывал вопрос, сначала говорил, что дело не сумме, а в самом факте получении денег, связанных с депутатской деятельностью Бондаренко. В конце-концов Антонов назвал сумму - 3,5 млн рублей.
Далее коммунисты спрашивали, почему Бондаренко лишают мандата за получение средств в 2020 году в соответствии с законом, приятным в 2021 году. Но, как пояснил Антонов, изменения в федеральные законодательство было принято в апреле 2020 года, в региональное – в мае 2020 года. Но Бондаренко, несмотря на это, получал средства от деятельности в Youtube.
