Ранее дети Минусинска записали видеообращение к президенту Путину, где рассказали о грязном воздухе в городе и жаловались на появление аллергии и других проблем со здоровьем.
По их словам, во время действия режима «чёрного неба» их не выпускают гулять в садике, а также они не могут играть в снежки, так как те — чёрные от сажи.
