Две очереди ЖК «Level Мичуринский» готовятся к вводу в эксплуатацию.

Корпуса 4, 5, 6 обещают сдать уже до конца марта. Внутри завершаются работы по монтажу отопления, водоснабжения, вентиляции, электроснабжения и слаботочных систем.

Корпуса 1, 2, 3 сдадут до конца сентября. Внутри также идут работы по монтажу отопления, водоснабжения, вентиляции, электроснабжения и слаботочных систем. Примерно на 70% эти задачи выполнены.

На прилегающей территории ведётся монтаж вертикального благоустройства из металлоконструкций: амфитеатра, фонтана, уличного лифта, лестниц, пандусов и ограждений. Прокладываются кабельные линии наружного освещения. Завершается устройство дорожных покрытий на въезде в подземный паркинг.

Если застройщик везде успеет и уложится в выше указанные сроки, то в таком случае строительство первых 6-ти корпусов комплекса не превысит 4-летнего периода. Между прочим, прекрасный результат.
