По данному факту ГСУ СК России по Московской области расследуется уголовное дело, возбужденное по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 293 УК РФ (халатность).
Председатель СКР поручил и.о. руководителя ГСУ СК России по Московской области Яковлеву Я.А. представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах. Исполнение поручения поставлено на контроль в центральном аппарате ведомства.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
