Следственными органами СК России расследуется уголовное дело, возбужденное по факту убийства фельдшера скорой медицинской помощи, по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.105 УК РФ.
Установлено, что 21 ноября 2024 года нетрезвый мужчина напал на фельдшера скорой медицинской помощи и нанес ему удар ножом в область груди. От полученного ранения медик скончался.
Скрывшийся с места происшествия нападавший в настоящее время задержан в порядке ст. 91 УПК РФ. Следователями СК России проводится допрос подозреваемого, решается вопрос об избрании в отношении него меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
