Следственными органами СК России по Смоленской области расследуется уголовное дело в отношении гражданина Республики Таджикистан по признакам преступления, предусмотренного п. «а» ч. 3 ст. 131 УК РФ (изнасилование несовершеннолетней).
По данным следствия, в городе Гагарин Смоленской области мигрант из Таджикистана совершил преступление против половой неприкосновенности несовершеннолетней. Обвиняемый, на основании ходатайства органов следствия, был заключен под стражу.
Председатель СК России поручил руководителю СУ СК России по Смоленской области Уханову А.Ю. представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
