Перед сегодняшним заседанием гордумы Якутска, на которой большинством голосов приняли предложенный единороссом из парламента республики законопроект об отмене прямых выборов мэра, у мэрии Якутска житель города вышел в пикет с плакатом: «Депутаты! Сохраним прямые выборы мэра Якутска!».
Рядом с пикетчиком сфотографировался один из пяти депутатов, голосовавших на заседании против законопроекта, Нюргун Ефремов.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
