Рассмотрение дела назначено на 15 июля. Вузу вменяются нарушения, согласно которым максимальный штраф для юридических лиц составляет 500 тысяч рублей. «Суд разберется: или наказать невиновного, или наградить непричастного», - добавил Павлов.
Согласно заявлению Роспотребнадзора, в БГМУ, в частности, не были организованы положенные условия для изоляции студентов, приехавших из других стран, а также допущено проведение массовых мероприятий без соблюдения масочного режима.
