Как сообщает Хельсинкская гражданская ассамблея, похищенного зовут Анатолий Щетинин. Сейчас его удерживают на территории 102-й военной базы, чтобы насильно вернуть в родную страну.
Правозащитники рассказали, что уже обратились в прокуратуру, МВД и спецслужбы Армении с просьбой помешать отправке Щетинина в Россию.
