После ДТП сторона Гаджимурадова попыталась подставить Ису Абдурашидова утверждая, что якобы за рулём в момент ДТП сидел Абдурашидов, но многочисленные записи с камер и видеосъёмки с телефонов участников ДТП показали что за рулём находился пьяный в стельку Гаджимурадов.
