«Так наш федеральный город-курорт, южный город явно не выглядит. Жителей и гостей Кисловодска прошу не беспокоиться, у нас медведи по улицам не бегают!» — сказал мэр.
Выяснилось, что видео было сделано на прошлой неделе в Петропавловске-Камчатском.
