Екатеринбург начал получать первые новые троллейбусы от Синары в оформлении под «транспортную реформу».

Скрывать не буду, мне очень понравился визуал - это пример, как можно офрмлять новую технику и создавать положительное впечатление о «транспортной реформе» и в каком-то роде взаимодействовать с пассажиром.

А у нас в Ставрополе словосочетание «транспортная реформа» негласно запрещено для произношения чиновниками🤷🏻‍♂️ и правильно, ведь никакой реформы нет.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
