Иногда одним из неформальных доводов, почему подозреваемый задерживается в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ для последующего избрания меры пресечения в виде помещения под стражу, является его «бурная молодость», при этом по анкетным данным человек юридически не судим (судимости погашены), но привлекался он к уголовной ответственности «энное» количество раз, потому и отношение к такому доверителю другое…🤷
Вчера тоже, одним из основных неформальных доводов для задержания была «буйная (бурная) молодость» доверителя (ну и категорический отказ признавать вину, что не устроило следствие).
Грустно, понятно, традиционно, но … сегодня суд об избрании меры пресечения, будем биться.
