По словам министра, решать финансовый вопрос выпускных вечеров должен родительский комитет.
Пожалуй, это завершающий аккорд по декоммерциализации образовательного процесса в республике. Напомним, ранее поборы "на шторы" в школах Чечни были категорически запрещены по поручению Главы ЧР Рамзана Кадырова.
В остальных регионах СКФО (особенно на Ставрополье) проблема широко присутствует, не сказать, присутствует в самом её первозданном виде.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
