Будущий гастрономический кластер возводится на Тверском бульваре на месте старинной усадьбы Салтыковой.

Архитектурный облик фудхолла разработан бюро «Цимайло Ляшенко и Партнеры».

Проект включает строительство четырехэтажного многофункционального комплекса площадью 17 000 м² и реставрацию с приспособлением к современному использованию главного дома усадьба Анны Салтыковой.

В отреставрированном здании городской усадьбы уже работают первые рестораны, а на многофункциональном комплексе сейчас рабочие ведут монолитные работы.

Завершить строительные работы планируется в 2025 году.
