Казанский девелопер Global Development начинает свой первый проект в Московском регионе.

Покорение Московского региона Global Development начнет с застройки участка в 1,6 га в Мытищах.

Комплекс получивший название «Бархат» будет построен на пересечении Новомытищинского проспекта и улицы Колпакова.

Согласно проектным решениям, будущий ЖК состоит из 4 жилых корпусов переменной этажности от 15 до 21, а также 2-этажного инфраструктурного центра. Проект рассчитан на 728 квартир, общая площадь комплекса составит 68 248 м².

Проектировщиком выступает проектное бюро «Армида».
