Проект жилого комплекса на Гродненской улице получил положительное заключение экспертизы.

ЖК будет построен по адресу: Гродненская ул., вл. 18.

Архитектурные решения комплекса разработало бюро Atrium.

Будущий проект состоит из трех корпусов высотой от 12 до 29 этажей, объединенных стилобатом. Общая площадь комплекс составит 20 235 м².

Застройщиком выступает фирма «СВЭМ», которая ранее принадлежала владельцу ГК «Пусковой Элемент» — Самиру Аль-Тамими в партнерстве с сооснователем Ricci Алексеем Богдановым и бизнесменом Максимом Денисовым. Но в начале 2024 года новыми владельцами компании-застройщика стали фирмы «Бизнесинвестиции» и «Плато-Консалт». Которые, по моей информации, могут быть связаны с экс-главой «Проминстраха» Сергеем Гладкиным.
