Сергей Собянин обозначил ключевые стройки столицы на два года

Правительство Москвы подвело итоги работы Градостроительного комплекса столицы в 2024 году и озвучило планы на ближайшую перспективу

«Градостроительный комплекс справился. За прошлый год ввели 14,2 млн кв. м недвижимости, из которых 6,5 млн кв. м – жилье. Также сохранили высокие темпы по возведению объектов транспортной и инженерной инфраструктуры», – написал Сергей Собянин в своем телеграм-канале.

Как уточняется на портале mos ru, с 2011 года протяженность линий метро выросла в 1,8 раза, а длина улично-дорожной сети столицы увеличилась на 25%. Фонд городской недвижимости вырос на 31% – введено 148,6 млн кв. м, в том числе 64,7 млн «квадратов» жилья.
