📌 Отказ от рекламных звонков и сообщений, чтобы оградить граждан от нежелательных звонков и массовых рассылок, которые делаются без предварительного согласия.
📌 Государственные службы, операторы связи и банки больше не смогут применять иностранные мессенджеры при общении с людьми.
📌 Для выявления подозрительных действий и их своевременной блокировки планируется создать информсистему, с помощью которой в том числе будут собраны записи голосов тех, кто использует доверие граждан в корыстных целях.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
