По информации Верховной рады, в этом году 49,1% поступлений в бюджет незалежной были обеспечены за счет внешнего финансирования. Крупнейшим «донором» стал ЕС. Он предоставил кредит на $11,43 млрд. Также с начала года $3,59 млрд поступило от МВФ и $1,76 млрд от Канады.
Ничего нового и удивительного здесь нет — сейчас Украина выживает только на западных дотациях. Зарплаты бюджетникам и каникулы в Монако для чиновников оплачиваются именно за счет щедрых соседей.
