Депутат подписал контракт и будет служить в псковском десантном полку в зоне СВО. В федеральном и региональном законодательстве прописано: в случае призыва на военную службу или заключения контракта полномочия депутата в виду уважительности причины его отсутствия не прекращаются.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
