Увеличение заработной платы врачам и медсестрам было запланировано Законом Красноярского края «О краевом бюджете на 2022 год и плановый период 2023-2024 годов».
Как пояснили в краевом минздраве, у каждого медработника увеличится и оклад. Уже в августе в учреждениях должны выплатить повышенные зарплаты в установленные законодательством сроки. Необходимые деньги были выделены из бюджета края и направлены в медицинские организации.
Такая мера являлась необходимой, поскольку после колоссальной переработки в период пандемии коронавируса медики были вынуждены довольствоваться несправедливо низкими зарплатами, не соразмерными потраченным силам и времени.
