В правительстве Приморского края изменился состав. Министр транспорта и дорожного хозяйства Виктор Свяченовский ушёл со своего поста по собственному желанию. 22 октября он сложил полномочия. Теперь его обязанности временно будет исполнять первый заместитель министра Алексей Игнатенко.
В середине октября Свяченовский наобещал, что отремонтирует 100 км дорог в регионе, что конечно мало для края в ДФО. Но, видимо, обещания не исполнятся, если только Игнатенко не продолжит «эффективную» политику своего предшественника. Пусть хоть что-то уже отремонтируют.

Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
