Правительство РФ утвердило предельный рост тарифов на услуги ЖКХ на ближайшие три года годы.

Согласно документу, в 2025 году в Красноярском крае плата может увеличиться на 15 % с возможным отклонением на 2,1 %.

Выйти за допустимые пределы у регионов не получится, антимонопольщики проверят достоверность и экономическую обоснованность тарифов.

Важное нововведение: часть выручки ресурсники обязаны будут потратить на модернизацию коммунальной инфраструктуры.

Отметим, в первом полугодии 2025 года тарифы останутся прежними. Их проиндексируют только с 1 июля.
