В Госдуму поступило предложение с требованием об уведомлении автовладельцев перед изъятием машины на штрафстоянку. Есть два обязательных критерия: звонка должно быть три и они не должны быть позже, чем за 10 мин до эвакуации.
Сотрудники ГИБДД смогут установить по госреестру владельца авто, узнать его номер и уведомить. Это позволит большей части водителей, которые нарушили правила, оперативно отогнать машину.
