При избрании меры пресечения в Мосгорсуде находился тюменский правозащитник Юрий Рябцев, по словам которого, уголовное дело Вахрина — Гоцыка было возбуждено 06 июня на основании результатов работы тюменского УФСБ от 05 июня.
Задержание подельников происходило 7 июня с 8 до 10 часов в 40 км от г. Челябинска сотрудниками Росгвардии и правоохранительных органов. При этом Вахрин и Гоцык заявляли, что им не было известно о возбуждении уголовного дела в отношении их.
Первый объяснял свое перемещение желанием отправиться на линию боевого соприкосновения в зону СВО, второй не давал объяснений своего отъезда из Тюмени на следующий день после возвращения домой с недельного отдыха. Подробнее здесь.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
